  • This is our most common management service where we handle all elements of renting your property from start to finish.

    This service includes:

    -Market rent valuation

    -Property marketing and advertising

    -Coordinating showings with potential tenants

    -Tenant screening including credit/background check, income/employment verification, and past landlord recommendations

    -Property condition report upon tenant move in

    -All tenant relations after tenant is placed

    -Rent collection and monthly accounting

    -Routine property inspections

    -Repair and maintenance coordination

    -Final walk-through inspection upon tenant move out

    Our fee for this comprehensive service is 15% of the monthly rent amount plus NM GRT.

  • Our placement service is a most limited management service that helps rental owners find a qualifiable tenant but then have autonomy through the course of the rental term.

    Our service includes:

    -Market rent valuation

    -Property advertising and marketing

    -Coordinating showings with potential tenants

    -Tenant screening- including credit/background check, income verification, and landlord recommendation

    -Executing a rental agreement with NMAR forms and UORRA

    -Collection of security deposit and first month’s rent.

    After the tenant is placed, the rental owner will take over and facilitate tenant relations, rent collection, and management of repairs/maintenance.

    Our fee for this service is half a month’s rent plus NM GRT.
